Chef Doreen Smith Dessert
Cheese Ball 8 oz.
cream cheese softened 1/2 cup
butter softened 1/4 tsp
vanilla 3/4 cup
powdered sugar 2 tbsp
brown sugar (light) 3/4 cup
mini chocolate chips 3/4 cup
chopped pecans (optional) Beat
cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until softened. Gradually
add powdered sugar and brown sugar. Combine
all ingredients. Sir in
chocolate chips with a wooden spoon- not a mixer. Cover
with saran wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Mold into
a ball (wear gloves or baggies). Serve
with graham cracker sticks.
