Organization founded for those with an interest in basketry. The guild has over 130 members from Virginia and through out the country.
Our mission is :
- To preserve standards of excellence in the design and workmanship of basketry.
- To promote public awareness of basketry as a craft and an art.
- To give guidance to weavers of all levels.
- To establish a network for sharing topics of interest.
